VISTOS: VISTO: la facultad otorgada al Poder Ejecutivo por la Ley N° 17.934, de 26 de diciembre de 2005, de establecer una rebaja del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) en un conjunto de operaciones vinculadas al turismo, siempre que la contraprestación se efectúe mediante el uso de ciertos medios de pago electrónicos; RESULTANDO: I) que en el ejercicio de la referida facultad se dictó el Decreto N° 318/021, de 22 de setiembre de 2021, que fijó la reducción señalada en 9 (nueve) puntos porcentuales entre el 1° de octubre de 2021 y el 30 de abril de 2022; II) que dicho período fue prorrogado en sucesivas oportunidades, extendiéndose la última de ellas hasta el 30 de abril de 2026, de acuerdo a lo dispuesto por el Decreto N° 93/025, de 25 de marzo de 2025; CONSIDERANDO: que se entiende conveniente mantener la rebaja en dicho nivel hasta el 30 de setiembre de 2026, con el objetivo de continuar impulsando la actividad en el sector turístico; ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: YAMANDÚ ORSI - GABRIEL ODDONE Artículo 1 Prorrógase hasta el 30 de setiembre de 2026 lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° del Decreto N° 318/021, de 22 de setiembre de 2021. Artículo 2 Comuníquese y archívese.
