VISTOS: VISTO: el Sexagésimo Tercer Protocolo Adicional al Acuerdo de Complementación Económica N° 35, suscrito el 31 de agosto de 2018 entre los Gobiernos de la República Argentina, de la República Federativa del Brasil, de la República del Paraguay y de la República Oriental del Uruguay, Estados Partes del MERCOSUR y el Gobierno de la República de Chile, al amparo de las disposiciones establecidas en el Tratado de Montevideo 1980; RESULTANDO: I) que el referido Acuerdo fue suscrito en aplicación a lo establecido en el Acuerdo de Complementación Económica N° 35 celebrado entre los Gobiernos de los Estados Partes del MERCOSUR y el Gobierno de la República de Chile de fecha 25 de junio de 1996, que establece la conformación de un Área de Libre Comercio; II) que una vez que el presente Protocolo entre en vigor, se derogará el Quincuagésimo Segundo Protocolo Adicional al ACE N° 35; CONSIDERANDO: que el referido Protocolo entrará en vigor sesenta días después de la fecha en que la Secretaría General de la ALADI comunique a los países signatarios la recepción de la última notificación, relativa al cumplimiento de las disposiciones internas para su entrada en vigor; ATENTO: a lo informado por la Delegación Permanente de la República Oriental del Uruguay ante ALADI y MERCOSUR; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: TABARÉ VÁZQUEZ - ARIEL BERGAMINO - DANILO ASTORI - GUILLERMO MONCECCHI - ENZO BENECH Artículo 1 Apruébase el Sexagésimo Tercer Protocolo Adicional al Acuerdo de Complementación Económica N° 35, suscrito el 31 de agosto de 2018 entre los Gobiernos de la República Argentina, de la República Federativa del Brasil, de la República del Paraguay y de la República Oriental del Uruguay, Estados Partes del MERCOSUR y el Gobierno de la República de Chile, al amparo de las disposiciones establecidas en el Tratado de Montevideo 1980; (*) [Nota: Ver: Texto de la Norma Internacional.] Artículo 2 Comuníquese, publíquese, y dése cuenta a la Asamblea General.
