VISTOS: VISTO: el Acuerdo de Complementación Económica N° 72, suscrito el 21 de julio de 2017 entre los Gobiernos de la República Argentina, de la República Federativa del Brasil, de la República del Paraguay y de la República Oriental del Uruguay, Estados Partes del MERCOSUR y el Gobierno de la República de Colombia; RESULTANDO: que el referido Acuerdo fue suscrito al amparo de las disposiciones establecidas en el Tratado de Montevideo de 1980 que institucionaliza la Asociación Interamericana de Integración - ALADI, con el objetivo de establecer el marco jurídico e institucional de cooperación e integración económica y física que contribuya a la creación de un espacio económico ampliado que tienda a facilitar la libre circulación de bienes y servicios y la plena utilización de los factores productivos, en condiciones de competencia entre las Partes Contratantes; CONSIDERANDO: I) la conveniencia de ofrecer a los agentes económicos reglas claras y previsibles para el desarrollo del comercio y la inversión, para propiciar su participación más activa en las relaciones económicas y comerciales entre las Partes; II) que a los efectos referidos precedentemente, corresponde incorporar al ordenamiento jurídico interno el Acuerdo de Complementación Económica N° 72; ATENTO: a lo informado por la Delegación Permanente de la República Oriental del Uruguay ante ALADI y MERCOSUR y la Dirección General para Asuntos de Integración y MERCOSUR; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LUCÍA TOPOLANSKY - RODOLFO NIN NOVOA - DANILO ASTORI - CAROLINA COSSE - JORGE BASSO - ENZO BENECH Artículo 1 Apruébase el Acuerdo de Complementación Económica N° 72, suscrito el 21 de julio de 2017 entre los Gobiernos de la República Argentina, de la República Federativa del Brasil, de la República del Paraguay y de la República Oriental del Uruguay, Estados Partes del MERCOSUR y el Gobierno de la República de Colombia, al amparo de las disposiciones establecidas en el Tratado de Montevideo de 1980.
