CONSIDERANDO: que las actuaciones tarifarias fueron analizadas por la Unidad Reguladora de Servicios de Energía y Agua y la Dirección Nacional de Energía. ATENTO: a lo expuesto y lo establecido en el artículo 51 de la Constitución de la República; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: TABARÉ VÁZQUEZ - CAROLINA COSSE - DANILO ASTORI Artículo 1 Apruébanse los cuadros tarifarios a regir a partir del 1° de enero de 2016, por los servicios suministrados por la empresa Gasoducto Cruz del Sur S.A. para transporte firme e interrumpible de gas, los cuales forman parte del presente decreto.
