About this statute
This section gives the Act its short title: the Gaming Machines (Prohibition) Act. This section defines “gaming machine” for use in the Act. A person without a casino licence must not keep, or allow to be kept, a gaming machine on any premises for gaming. This section repeals the Gaming Machine Act (Cap. 431 of the 1971 edition).
