Air Passenger Service Charge (Amendment) [No. 3 of 1980 15 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 3 of 1980 Date of Assent: 2nd April, 1980 An Act to amend the Air Passenger Service Charge Act (11th April, 1980 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. (1) Thia Act may be cited as the Air Passenger Service Charge (Amendment) Act, 1980, and shall be read as one with the Air Passenger Service Charge Act, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. (2) Thla Act, in so far as it affects passenger service charge payable by passengers for destinations outside Zambia, shall come into operation on the 1st April, 1980. Section three of the principal Act is amended in sub- Amendment of seelion 3 section (1) by the deletion of "four kwacha" and the substi- tution therefor of " eight kwaoha ".
