The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 1977, of moneys indicated in respect of those services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for the services by tho Appropriation Act, 1977, and the Supplementary Appropriation (1977) Act, 1979, is hereby approved.
