1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Short title Appropriation (1977) Act, 1980.

Parliament approves expenditure for the listed Republic services, even though it exceeded the amounts previously appropriated for 1977.

2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 1977, of moneys indicated in respect of those services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for the services by tho Appropriation Act, 1977, and the Supplementary Appropriation (1977) Act, 1979, is hereby approved.
