1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 1980. Short titlo

2. (1) On the authority of a warrant issued by the President, Appropria­ thore may bo expended from the general revenues of the Repub- lie such moneys. not exceeding 'n the aggregate seven hundred and twenty-one million, ono hundred and seventy thousand, five hundred and seventy-nine kwacha, as may be required for the services of the R •public during the financial year ending on tho 31st December, 1980. tion (2) 'T'he moneys montionecl in subsection (1) shall be appro­ priated to the services of tho Republic mentioned in the second column of tho chodule in amounts not exceeding tho amounts indicated in tho third column thereof.
