( 1) The annual estimates of district councils for the
District councils may transfer money between approved sub-heads of expenditure, but must not exceed the total amounts set out in the Schedule for each council.
2. ( 1) The annual estimates of district councils for the financial year commencing on the 1st January, 1982, and ending on the 31st December, 1982, as set out in the District Councils Revenue and Capital Estimates Book for such financial year, are hereby approved.
