Air Passenger Service Charge (Amendment) [No. 6 of 1982 63 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 6 of 1982 Date of Assent: 4th April, 1982 An Act to amend the Air Passenger Service Charge Act [8th April, 1982 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Air Passenger Service Charge (Amendment) Act, 1982, and shall be read as one with the Air Passenger Service Charge Act, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. (2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 3oth January, 1982. Enactment Short title o.nd com­ mencement. Cap. 747 2. Section three of the principal Act is amended in sub- Amendme.nt of aootion 3 section ( 1 )- (a) by the deletion of "eight kwacha" and the substitu- tion therefor of " ten kwacha "; and (b) by the deletion of "two kwaoha" and the substitu­ tion therefor of " four kwaoha ".
