This Act approves excess government expenditure for the 1980 financial year.
Excess Expenditure Appropriation (1980) fNo. 9 of 1983 37 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 9 of 1983 Date of .Assent: 8th April, 1983 An Act to approve the excess expenditure of moneys aggregating nine million, five hundred and fifty-three thousand, two hundred and forty-nine kwacha required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 1980. [15th April, 1983 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Appropliation (1980) Act, 1983. 2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 1980, of moneys indicated in respect of those services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for the services by the Appropria,tion Act, 1980, and the Supplementary Appropriation (1980) Act, 1982, is hereby approved.
