This section gives the Act’s short title and says it is to be read with the principal Act.

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Air Passenger Service Charge (Amendment) Act, 1985, and shall be read as one with the Air Passenger Service Charge Act, hereinafter referred_ to as the principal Act. Short title and commence ment. Cap. 747 (2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 26th January, 1985.
