Excess Expenditure Appropriation (1982) Act, 1985

1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Appro­ Short title priation (1982) Act, 1985.

2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on tho 31st December, 1982, of moneys indicated in respect of those services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for the services by the Appropriation Act, 1982, and tho Supplementary Appropriation (1982) Act, 1984, is hereby approved.
