1. This Aot may be cited. lio8 the Appropria.tion A.ct, 1986.

2. (1) On the authority of a. warrant issued by tho President, there may be expended from the general revenues of the Republic suoh moneys, not exceeding in the aggregate twe> thousand nine hundred and twenty million, five hundred a.nd nin,.ty-seven thousand and one hundred and twenty-seven kwucha., a.a may be required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending on the 3lat Docombor, 1986. (2) The moneys mentioned in subsection (1) shall be appro­ pris.ted to the services of the Republic mentioned in the second column of the Schedule in amounts not exceeding the amounts indicated in tho third column thereof. (3) 011 the ,vritten authority of the Permanent Soorotary, Ministry of Fina.nee the a.mounts shown under the sub-heads of the estimates may be varied: Provided tha.t- EDMtment Short title Appro­ priation (i) the a.mounts appropriated to each Head shall not thereby be altered; and (ii) any of the amounts shown under Head 20 or 21 shall not be varied.
