This amendment replaces “Permanent Secretary (Personnel)” with “Board” in subsection (2) of section six of the principal Act. This section amends section seven A of the principal Act by replacing one title with another. This section replaces subsection (3) of section eight and says an officer or probationer must not contribute if the contribution would cover a period starting after the person turns 45. Section 55(5)(b) is amended by replacing K30,000 with K45,000.
