Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Act, 1989

1. This Act may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amend­ ment) Act, 1989, and shall be road as one with the Dangerous Drugs Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act.

2. Section nineteen of the principal Act is amended- (a) in subsection (1) by the deletion of "two thousand kwacha" and tho substitution therefor of "twenty ilhousand kwacha"; (b) in subsection (2) by the deletion of "one ihousand kwacha" and the substitution therefor of "fifteen thousand kwacha".
