( 1) This Act may be cited as the Constitutional Offices

This section gives the Act its short title and states that it is to be read together with the 1985 principal Act.

1. ( 1) This Act may be cited as the Constitutional Offices (Emoluments) (Amendment) Act, 1090, and shall be read as one "rith the Constitutional Offices (Emoluments) Act, 1985, in this Act referred to as the p1foripal Act. (2) Paragraph (a) of section three shall bo doomed to have come into operation on 1st September, 1989.
