Central Committee Members', Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Emoluments) (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1990

1. (1) Thls Act may be cited as tho Central Committee Members', Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Emoluments) (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, l 990, and shall b\, read a� one with the Central Committee Members', l\1inisterial and Parlia­ mentary Offices (Emoluments) Act, 1981, in thfa Act referred to as the principal Act. (2) This Act shaJJ come into npor11.1 ion on thti 1st April, 1991.

2. Section si:t of the principul Act is amendod in subse<'tion (1)- (a) by the deletion of the full stop after the word " profits" and the substitution therefor of a colon; (b) by the insertion immediately after subsection (1) of the folloning proviso: Provided that housing allowance shall be subject to t&.x as providod for in the Income 'l'ax Act.
