§ 1(1) This Act may be cited as the Casino (Amendment) Act,Short title

This section gives the Act its short title, links it with the Casino Act, 1992, and says it is deemed to have started on 29 January 1994.

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Casino (Amendment) Act, 1994, and shall be read as one with the Casino Act, 1992, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. (2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 29th January, 1994.
