This Act may be cited as the Lands (Amend1ucnt) Act, 1996, and shall he read as one with the Lands Act, 1995, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. 2. Section thirty-one or the principal Act is amended in subsection (2), by the- Enactment Shon title Act No. 29 ofl995 Amendment of section 31 ( a) deletion of" and" in paragraph (c) afterthe semi-colon; (h) insertion, immediately after paragraph ( e) of the following new paragraph (f): (f) fees ror transactions in land; and (c) re-numbering of'the existing paragraph (f) as paragraph (g).
