(I) This Act may be cited as the Control of Goods Short uile

This section gives the Act its short title and says it is to be read together with the principal Act; it is also treated as having come into operation on 31 January 1998.

1. (I) This Act may be cited as the Control of Goods Short uile (Amendment) Act, 1998, and shall be read as one with the Control and of Goods Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. � Cap. 421 - (2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on 31st January. 1998.
