High Co11rt (Amendment) [No.16 of 2002 333 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No.16 of 2002 Date of Assent: 31st December, 2002 An Act to amend the High Court Act [31st December, 2002 ENACIED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the High Court (Amendment) Act, 2002, and shall be read as one with the High Court Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. Enactment Shoniitle Cap.27 2.
