Excess Expenditure Appropriation (1998) Act, 2003

1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Short title Appropriation (1998) Act, 2003.

2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the financial year which ended on 31st December, 1998 of the moneys indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for those services by the Appropriation Act, 1998, and the Supplementary Appropriation(! 998) Act, 200 I is hereby approved.
