[27th March, 2003 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia Enactment 1. (I) Titis Act may be cited as the Property Transfer Tax (Amendment) Act, 2003, and shall be read as one with the Property Transfer Tux Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. (2) This Act shall come into operation on the 1st of April, 2003. Short title and WJDWlUibl Cap.340 2, Section/our of the principal Act is amended in subsection (2) bythe deletionafterthewords "shall be "of the words "two and one­ half" and the substitution therefor of the word" three". Amendment ofscction4 Copies of this Act can be obtainedfrom the Government Printer, P.O. Box 30136, 10101, Lusaka, Price KSOOeach.
