About this statute

This provision amends the principal Act by inserting new sections after section four. Children must not be employed in covered worksites, except for limited light work and certain supervised education or artistic-performance work. A child must not be employed in work that amounts to a worst form of labour. This provision amends section 7 of the principal Act by deleting specific words. An undertaking may employ a young person in artistic performance only if the Minister has given express written permission.
