Children must not be employed in covered worksites, except for limited light work and certain supervised education or artistic-performance work. A child must not be employed in work that amounts to a worst form of labour. This provision amends section 7 of the principal Act by deleting specific words. An undertaking may employ a young person in artistic performance only if the Minister has given express written permission.
