This Act approves specified excess government spending for the 1999 financial year.

ThisAct may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Appropriation ( 1999) Act. 2004. 2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on 31st December. 1999, of the moneys indicated in respect of the services in the. third colwnn of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for services by the Appropriation Act, ·I 999 and the Supplementary Appropriation (1999) Act, 2002, is hereby approved.
