(1) The President shall from lstApril, 2005 to3 lstMarch, 2006 be paid- ( a) a salary calculated at the annual rate of Kl08,874,776.00; and Sa!ruy and allowance (b) a special annual allowance ofK44,3 73,864.00. (2) The President shall, with effect from 1st April,2006, be paid- (a) a salary calculated at the annual rate of Kl23,028,500.00; and (b) a special annual allowance ofK44,373,864.00.
