Section 2
This section establishes the Cotto Board of Mbia as a body corporate.

The Appeals Committee is set up with up to five members appointed by the Board, members serve for one year, and the Board can remove members at any time.

A person may not commercially buy, sell, import, export, or otherwise deal in cotton without a valid licence under this Part.
Section 32
If someone is convicted of an offence under this Act, the court may cancel their certificate or licence and block new ones for a period it thinks fit. The Minister may also make regulations on the Board’s recommendation.
