This Act approves specified excess government expenditure for the 2001 financial year and gives the Act its short title.

' ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia [17th May, 2005. 1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Appropriation (2001) Act, 2005. 2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on 31st December, 2001, of the moneys indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for services by the Appropriation Act, 2001, and Supplementary Appropriation (2001) Act, 2003 is hereby approved.
