(31st July, 2007 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. . 1. (I) This Act may be cited as the Constitutional Offices Short title and (Emoluments) (Amendment) Act, 2007, and shall be rel!d as one commencement with the Constitutional Offices (Emoluments) Act, iri this Act referred to as the principal Act. Enactment Cap. 263 (2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on the I st April, 2007. 2. The principal Act is amended by the repeal of the Schedule and the substitution therefor of the Schedule set out in the Appendix to this Act.
