The Committee is made up of named representatives, and the members are nominated by their institutions and appointed by the Minister. A member serves for three years from appointment, may be reappointed for another like term, and the members must elect a chairperson from among themselves. This section sets out how the Committee runs its meetings, including calling meetings, quorum, voting, and minutes. The Committee may create subcommittees, delegate functions to them, appoint their members, and तय determine how long those members serve. The Committee may determine allowances for its members and any subcommittee members, but only with the Minister’s approval.
