[ 4th April, 2008 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Appropria tion (2005) Act, 2008. 2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the financial year which ended on 31st December, 2005, of the mon eys indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for the· services by the Appropriation Act, 2005, and the Supple mentary Appropriation (2005) Act, 2007 is hereby approved.
