1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Short title Appropriation (2006) Act, 2009.

The excess expenditure for the 2006 financial year, as listed in the Schedule, is approved.

2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the Excess financial year which ended on 31st December, 2006, of the moneys indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for the services by the Appropriation Act, 2006, and the Act No.17 Supplementary Appropriation (2006) Act, 2008, is hereby approved. of 2006 expenditure approval , Copies of this Act can be obtained from the Government Printer, P.O.
