This section is titled “Application of relevant legislation in control zone.” Section 6 is titled “Legislation related to one-stop border post.” Copies of the Act can be obtained from the Government Printer for K1,000 each. In the control zone, the relevant laws of Zambia and an adjoining State apply so officers can carry out border controls at a one-stop border post.
