[3rd April, 2009 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. This Act may be cited as the Mines and Minerals Development (Amendment) Act, 2009, and shall be read as one with the Mines and Minerals Development Act, 2008, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. Section seven of the principal Act is amended by— the deletion of subsection (4); and the re-numbering of subsections (4) and (5) respectively.
