This provision establishes the Zambia Professional Boxing and Wrestling Control Board as a body corporate.

3. There is hereby established the Zambia Professional Boxing and Wrestling Control Board which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succesion and a common seal, capable of suing and of being sued in its corporate name and with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to do all such acts and things as a body corporate may, by law, do or perform. This section amends section 6 of the principal Act by changing “three years” to “five years” and replacing paragraph (a) with a rule about financial interests in boxing or wrestling tournaments.

6. Section six of the principal Act is amended in subsetion (I) (a) by the deletion of the words ''three years " and the substitution therefor of the words" five years ": and (b) by the deletion of paragraph (a) and the substitution therefor of the following paragraph: (a) who has by oneself, directly or indirectly or through the member's spouse, partner or business associate, any financial interest in boxing or wrestling at any tournament.

The Board must not register a person as a boxer, wrestler, official, manager, or promoter unless it is satisfied the person is at least 18 years old.

7. Section nine of the principal Act is amended in subsection (I) by the deletion of the proviso to paragraph (c) and the substition therefor of the following proviso: Provided that the Board shall not register a person as a boxer, a wrestler, an official, a manager or a promoter unless the Board is satisfied that the person is eighteen years of age or older.
