Aviation (Amendment) [No. 2 of 2012 3 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 2 of 2012 Date of Assent:12th April, 2012 An Act to amend the Aviation Act. [16th April, 2012 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Aviation (Amendment) Act, 2012, and shall be read as one with the Aviation Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. Enactment Short title Cap. 444 2. Section twenty-four of the principal Act is amended by the deletion of the definition of “designated airport” and the substitution therefor of the following: Amendment of section 24 “designated airport” means Kenneth Kaunda International Airport at Lusaka, Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport at Livingstone, Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport at Ndola, Mfuwe Airport and any other airport which the Minister may designate by statutory instrument;.
