Fees and Fines {Amendment) [No. 11 of 2013 283 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 11 of 2013 Date of Assent: 13th December, 2013 An Act to amend the Fees and Fines Act. [ 19th December, 20 I 3 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia 1. This Act may be cited as the Fees and Fines (Amendment) Act, 2013, and shall be read as one ,vith the Fees and Fines Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. 2. The principal Act is amended by the insertion, immediately after section eight, of the following new section: Enactment Short title 'Cap. 45 Insertion of new section 9 9. The Minister may, by statutory instrument, make Regulations regulations to provide for- (a) the value of a fee or penalty unit; and (b) the methods and formulae for the conversion offees and penalty units.
