1. This Act may be cited as the Excess Expenditure Short title Appropriation (20 I 0) Act, 2013.

Approves excess expenditure on Republic services for the Appropriation financial year ended 31 December 2010.

2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the Appropriation financial year which ended on 31st December, 20 I 0, of the moneys indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the moneys appropriated for the services by the Appropriation Act, 20 I 0, and the Supplementary Appropriation (2009)Act, 2012, is hereby approved.
