This section approves specified excess government expenditure for the 2011 Appropriation financial year.

The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the Appropriation financial year which ended on 31 st December, 2011 , of the monies indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the monies appropriated for the services by the Appropriation Act, 2011, and the Supplementary Appropriation (201 l)Act, 2013, is hereby approved.
