1. This Act m a y b e cited as the Excess Expenditure Short title Appropriation (20ll)Act, 2014.

2. The expenditure on the services of the Republic during the Appropriation financial year which ended on 31 st December, 2011 , of the monies indicated in respect of the services in the third column of the Schedule, being expenditure in excess of the monies appropriated for the services by the Appropriation Act, 2011, and the Supplementary Appropriation (201 l)Act, 2013, is hereby approved.
