Property Transfer Tax (Amendment) [No. 9 of 2014 75 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 9 of 2014 Datt> ()f Assent: 23rd December, 2014 � An Act to amend the Prnperty Transfer Tax Act [23rd December, 2014 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. (I) This Act may be cited as the Property Transfer Tax (Amendment) Act, 2014, and shall be read as one with the Property Transfer Tax Act in this Act referred to as the principal Act. (2) This Act shall come into operation on I st January, 2015. 2. Section five of the principal Act is amended in subsection (6) by the insertion, immediately after the words "a group of companies", of the words "whose holding company is incorporated in Zambia".
