This provision amends section 14(1) of the principal Act by inserting the words “on payment of the prescribed fees” after “name”. This provision amends section 15(1) of the principal Act to add the words “on payment of the prescribed fees” after the word “Act”. This amendment inserts the words “on payment of the prescribed fees” after the word “formation” in section 36(1) of the principal Act. Section 48(2) is amended to add the words “on payment of the prescribed fees” immediately after “subsection (1)”. Section 49(1) is amended to add the words “on payment of the prescribed fees” immediately after “Act”.
