Examinations Council of Zambia (Amendment) [No. 18 of 2021 203 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 18 of 2021 Date of Assent: 23rd March, 2021 An Act to amend the Examinations Council of Zambia Act. [24th March, 2021 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Examinations Council of Zambia (Amendment) Act, 2021, and shall be read as one with the Examinations Council of Zambia Act, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. Enactment Short title Cap. 137 2. Section 5(1) of the principal Act is amended by the deletion of paragraphs (b) and (c) and the substitution therefor of the following: Amendment of Section 5 (b) a representative of the ministry responsible for general education; and (c) a representative of the ministry responsible for higher education;.
