Public-Private Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021

2. Section 9 of the principal Act is amended by the deletion of subsection (1) and the substitution therefor of the following: Amendment of section 9 Amendment of section 10 (1) The Director responsible for the Public-Private Partnership department shall be the Secretary to the Council.

3. Section 10 (1) of the principal Act is amended — (a) by the deletion of paragraph (a) and the substitution therefor of the following: (a) a representative of the Secretary to the Treasury as Chairperson; and (b) by the deletion of paragraphs (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g) and the substitution therefor of the following: (c) (d) (e) a representative of the ministry responsible for national planning and development; a representative of the ministry responsible for industry; a representative of the ministry responsible for infrastructure; Single copies of this Act may be obtained from the Government Printer, P.O.
