§ 2Section 9 of the principal Act is amended by the deletionSubstitution

The Director responsible for the Public-Private Partnership department must serve as the Secretary to the Council.

2. Section 9 of the principal Act is amended by the deletion of subsection (1) and the substitution therefor of the following: Amendment of section 9 Amendment of section 10 (1) The Director responsible for the Public-Private Partnership department shall be the Secretary to the Council.

This section amends section 10(1) of the principal Act by replacing some listed members of the committee and naming new ministry representatives.

3. Section 10 (1) of the principal Act is amended — (a) by the deletion of paragraph (a) and the substitution therefor of the following: (a) a representative of the Secretary to the Treasury as Chairperson; and (b) by the deletion of paragraphs (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g) and the substitution therefor of the following: (c) (d) (e) a representative of the ministry responsible for national planning and development; a representative of the ministry responsible for industry; a representative of the ministry responsible for infrastructure; Single copies of this Act may be obtained from the Government Printer, P.O. Box 30136, 10101 Lusaka, Price K4.00 each. 212 No. 22 of 2021] Public-Private Partnership (Amendment) (f) a representative of the ministry responsible for land; and (g) a representative of the ministry responsible for local government;.
