Accountants (Amendment) [No. 24 of 2021 241 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 24 of 2021 Date of Assent: 19th May, 2021 An Act to amend the Accountants Act, 2008. [20th May, 2021 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as the Accountants (Amendment) Act, 2021, and shall be read as one with the Accountants Act, 2008, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. 2. Section 5 of the principal Act is amended— (a) in subsection (2), by the— (i) (ii) deletion of paragraph (e); and renumbering of paragraphs (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l), (m), and (n) as paragraphs (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l) and(m), respectively; and (c) in subsection (3), by the — (i) (ii) deletion of paragraph (c); and renumbering of paragraph (d) as paragraph (c). Enactment Short title Act No. 13 of 2008 Amendment of section 5 3. The principal Act is amended by the repeal of section 13.
