About this statute
This section adds a definition of “small business enterprise” as a business with investment, turnover, and employee numbers not above the prescribed limit. This section amends the principal Act by repealing section 12. Section 14 of the principal Act is repealed and replaced with new text. Bookmakers licensed under this Act must pay a licence fee when the licence is first issued and on each renewal; small business enterprises pay reduced amounts. The principal Act is amended by inserting a new section after section 28.
