This provision amends section 74(2) of the principal Act by deleting paragraph (a) and renumbering the remaining paragraphs. This provision amends section 75(2) of the principal Act by deleting one paragraph and renumbering the remaining paragraphs. This provision amends section 88(1) by replacing “death” with “life imprisonment”. Section 95 is amended so that “death” is replaced with “life imprisonment” wherever it appears.
