Supplement to the Republic of Zambia Government Gazette dated Tuesday, 19th August, 2025 [No. 5 of 2025 123 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 5 of 2025 Date of Assent: 8th August, 2025 An Act to amend the National Road Fund Act, 2002. [ 19th August, 2025 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. 1. This Act may be cited as National Road Fund (Amendment) Act, 2025, and shall be read as one with the National Road Fund Act, 2002, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. 2. The principal Act is amended by the insertion of the following new section immediately after section 21: 21A. Despite anything to the contrary contained in any other written law, where a judgment or order is obtained against the Agency, no execution, attachment, or process of any nature shall be issued against the Agency or against the property of the Agency, but the Director shall cause to be paid out of the revenue of the Agency, such amounts of money as may, by judgment or order, be awarded against the Agency to the person entitled to the money.
