1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (International Titlo Organisations) (ExomptionApproval) Order, 1980. Approval of int.or­ ne.lional orgo,nisa,. tions Exemption from Lax

2. The undermentioned international organisations aro hereby approved for tho purpose of exemption from tax: (i) The OPEC Special Fund; (ii) The Saudi Fund for Development.

3. The income of tho international organisations approved in para.graph 2 of this Ordor accruing to thorn under any Loan .Agreement ontorod into between any such approved inter­ national organisation and the Govommont of the Republic of Zambia, shall be oxempt from tax pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Second Schedule to the Act.
