This section gives the short title of a price control order about tyres and tubes. This section defines “tyres and tubes” for this Order, unless the context requires otherwise. A person must not sell, offer, or display tyres and tubes above the maximum selling price set by the Schedule, and unscheduled tyres and tubes may only be sold if the Price Controller approves the maximum price in writing.
